Wow, Crystal Clear Concierge was so great! I've tried to find a reliable and honest person to tend my home not only while we are here, but when we travel as well. That alone is very time consuming. Then I found Crystal Clear Concierge and sure enough, they did a great job handling many different requests. When we arrive home after a long day of work, our house sparkles just like a crystal.  It was so comforting having our house painted while we were away, our kitchen restocked with all our favorite foods, plus not having to board Sheba, our border collie. That alone saved us tons of time and a pretty penny! Knowing all your staff members have a national background check along with being bonded, I never have to worry.  After a 12 hour flight, it was nice to return home to find everything in tip top shape. Recently I had the dire need for help in caring for my 84 year old mother after her hip replacement surgery. After the surgery and a week long stay at Burke Rehabilitation Center, I was faced with the problem of having to be at my business working as well as taking care of all my Mom's post-operative needs.

Crystal Clear Concierge was a life saver for me. A kind and caring staff member came to my house to be present during her physical therapy sessions, run to the pharmacy, food store and dry cleaner. They would also check in on my Mom during lunch from time to time and make sure she had her meal. Someone would drive my Mom to her doctor appointments saving both time and reducing stress for her and me. Not only did I have a responsible driver, but I also could depend on this person to report to me on the day's activities. I was worried that I may not find reliable, caring and qualified help for my mom.

However, with their professionalism, my apprehensions and concerns were eliminated from day one. Thank you, Barbara and Bradley, for helping me, my family and my mother! I have already told all my busy friends about your wonderful service. They could really use it.

Crystal Clear Concierge have been providing a variety of services for us and I have been very pleased with their cleaning services.  They are competent, intelligent and very professional.

I have had quite a few other cleaning services and Crystal Clear Concierge has by far been the best service that I have used.  My husband and I are both very busy so we needed a cleaning service that did not require a lot of attention from us.  Crystal Clear fit the bill perfectly. I also found them very willing to modify or accommodate whatever changes that need to be made and to it quickly and efficiently.
