Crystal Clear Concierge founder Barbara May’s experience in the field goes back to 1978 when she started a cleaning company called Eagle Eye Cleaners. Although successful, family circumstances forced her to sell the business and Eagle Eye was purchased by Metro Clean and Merry Maids for its commercial and residential clients respectively. Not long after, Barbara earned an education degree and then went to work for one of the largest school district in the Midwest for nearly twenty years.
And again circumstance would play a role in her business endeavors. Barbara’s husband, Bradley May, became liberated from corporate America after years of working as a surveyor and logistics specialist. He possessed a keen attention to detail that could move Crystal Clear Concierge from a cleaning service into a full personal concierge or assistant business. So with Barbara’s business savvy and Bradley’s superior organizational skills, they introduced Crystal Clear Concierge to the Milwaukee area.
Today Crystal Clear Concierge includes the Mays, as well as managers and contractors, like Brian Biel, who specialize and excel in particular services areas. Together they all help fill the role of a concierge for clients across a spectrum of services in Milwaukee.

Barbara May
Founder Barbara May has a Master's degree in Education, and over 30 years experience being in the “people” business. Aside from starting other successful businesses like Eagle Eye Cleaners, she worked for the largest school district in the Midwest. She was also a spokesperson for Wisconsin Children’s Service Society, in addition to being a proud foster parent for 16 years.
Bradley May
As Crystal Clear Concierge’s Vice President, he heads up the Logistic Department. Drawing from his strengths from the transportation and surveying industries, he has acquired an eye for detail. Some of his work can still be found hanging on Port Washington’s city hall’s walls. Search the archive in Trucker’s Magazine and read how he saved companies thousands of dollars. With his innate connection to animals, some clients have nicknamed him the “animal whisperer” after his performance as a pet sitter.
Brian Biel
Mr. Biel, Vice President of Operations, holds a class one security clearance, and is a second generation sales and marketing expert, thanks to years of tutelage under his father, also a sales and marketing consultant. A dependable team member, his main duties include security, national background checks on employees and sales to new customers. In addition, his depth of experience makes him a jack-of-all-trades and allows him to perform a host of concierge services when needed.
